2021 T-Shirt Design Contest Submission Form


T-shirt design submissions will be accepted through May 31, 2021.  The contest submissions will be presented to the Oregon APCO-NENA membership and Oregon PSAP employees for voting. The winner will be notified by June 15, 2021.  

The winner will receive:

  • One T-shirt with their winning design
  • One full registration to attend the Oregon APCO-NENA Fall Training Conference held at The Riverhouse on the Deschutes in Bend, OR September 14-17, 2021. (All other costs incurred will be the recipient's responsibility.)
  • One 2022 (1 year) membership for either APCO or NENA for themselves if not already a member or to gift to a "new" member. (Cannot be gifted to a past member.)


Complete contest rules and information:

  • Contest is open to any current member of APCO-NENA or a current employee of an Oregon Primary or Secondary 911 PSAP.
  • Design must fit on the back of a standard style T-shirt or Sweatshirt.
  • Should include the year "2021".
  • Must be original-No copyrighted or trademarked images or text. Note: The Oregon APCO-NENA logo will be on the front left chest of the shirt.
  • Design should work for most shirt colors.  T-shirts are limited to 2 solid colors (gradients and transparencies cannot be incorporated).
  • Only 1 design submission per member.
  • Entry becomes the property of the Oregon APCO-NENA Chapter and Oregon APCO-NENA reserves the rigth to make adjustments to all design entries, including colors of the design.
  • Consider keeping the design simple so it can be taken in quickly while the person wearing it is in motion.
  • Judges will consider concept and originality, captures the spirit of the organization and 911 profession, feasibility of reproduction, adherence to design and submission rules and guidelines.
